Timeline Therapy for Trauma-bonded Women

I am the proud author of I See You, a book that tells the story of how hypnotherapy helped me break free from the cycle of abuse and find my true purpose in life. Within its pages, I share my journey and provide practical resources for individuals who feel trapped in abusive relationships. My mission is to empower others to begin their healing journey and reclaim their lives.

I am also a co-author of the book Empowered Women Empower Women. In my chapter, I delve into the cycle of abuse and how hypnotherapy and Timeline Therapy® became transformative tools in my recovery. These modalities helped me heal from deep-rooted trauma and uncover the strength and clarity I needed to create a new path. It was through this process that I discovered my purpose: to guide other women out of the darkness of abusive cycles and toward a life filled with freedom and self-worth.

Through my work, I’ve witnessed the profound impact of breaking free from abusive patterns, especially for women whose experiences often begin in childhood. Influenced by the relationships we observe and experience, many develop a distorted view of love, leading us to seek familiarity in unhealthy dynamics. By exploring the past, tools like Timeline Therapy® help identify and release the triggers that keep us stuck. This process allows women to uncover the root causes of their pain, let go of negative emotions tied to past experiences, and gain clarity and empowerment.

Watching women transform as they reclaim their strength, self-worth, and independence is an honour. Breaking the chains of generational abuse and stepping into their power is why I do what I do—it’s my passion and life’s work.
