Sinead is an experienced professional clinical hypnotherapist, tantra practitioner, as well as love and relationship coach.  Sinead is also the ‘Sistership Women’s Circle’ facilitator.  She is passionate about women’s health and wellbeing.  Her expertise is expressed through empowering women and couples in overcoming what she describes as; “not enough syndrome”, building confidence, addressing intimacy and anxiety issues.  She is a powerful advocate for holistic wellness, working with the whole person; mind, body, and spirit, to transform peoples’ lives and relationships.  Sinead herself is a mother and survivor of endometriosis as well as premenstrual dysphoric disorder and she continues to support others navigating the complex experiences of parenthood, adult relationships, and chronic illness.
